Lorraine Lane
Atlanta Southern Hospitality Series
Lorraine Lane brings over 25 years of executive leadership in workforce development, with deep experience across the U.S. Department of Labor’s Job Corps and WIOA programs. She has led youth development initiatives nationwide, helping strengthen workforce readiness and expand community opportunity through strategic program leadership and operational excellence.
She is the Founder and CEO of LD Lane & Co., a woman-owned management consulting firm specializing in change management and organizational development, supporting partners through transformation, performance improvement, and people-centered systems.
Lorraine also brings a unique, real-world lens to talent development through entrepreneurship as the co-owner of two award-winning Atlanta restaurants—Twisted Soul Cookhouse and Pours and Oreatha’s at the Point—connecting leadership, culture, and hospitality to the power of career pathways.

Byron Garrett
Season 2
Byron Garrett is an accomplished business executive, government official and humanitarian, Byron V. Garrett is a true renaissance man. One of the most compelling and inspirational voices of our time, Byron is Chairman of the National Family Engagement Alliance (NFEA), a nonprofit dedicated to transforming education through meaningful family engagement. Byron is the Visionary and Chief Creative Officer of The Valdecio Collection, a lifestyle luxury brand consisting of clothing, watches, fragrances and eyewear. The former Director of Educational Leadership & Policy for Microsoft serves as a consulting author for Scholastic.
In 2017, Scholastic launched the Byron V. Garrett Social Emotional Learning Collection. Inspired by his bestselling book, The ABC’s of Life (Scholastic 2013), the library was created to equip young people with the skills needed to navigate society, making it a powerful and inspiring resource for today’s classroom.
Currently, he is a Board Member for CircleIn and the CeCe Peniston Youth Foundation, an Emissary for The Guyana Foundation, and was named “Mr. Enterprise” by Black Enterprise on their Modern Man 100 list.

Tev Grant is an entrepreneur, content creator, and dynamic storyteller known for his ability to connect with people from all walks of life. From hosting his live talk show Tev Talks to producing high-profile fashion shows and creating community-driven projects, Tev blends charisma with curiosity to spark conversations that matter. A familiar face from MTV and the modeling world, he now brings his passion for authentic dialogue to the mic and the streets, co-hosting an engaging new podcast and leading a spin-off mini-series of candid street interviews that capture unfiltered perspectives, real stories, and human connection in its truest form.

Ronnie Spellman
Season 1
Ronnie Spellman is a trusted business executive with several decades of scaling businesses, building efficient operations, and creating successful outcomes. Using his R-Values concept and system of business principles, he has helped organizations streamline business processes and create scaleable operations.
Early in his career, he worked on the engineering team at the global technology company Canon; served as a scholar in the Office of Congressional Affairs at NASA; and interned in the U.S. Senate. And for more than 25 years, Ronnie served in executive roles across several industries including healthcare, technology, and real estate development. His expertise has allowed him to live across the United States to help build effective outcomes at Fortune 500 operations, private equity owned firms, and growth based companies.
Beyond his work in business, Ronnie has volunteered with many community organizations including his service as Chairman of the Board for Interlink, a nonprofit alliance bridging business, education and government by providing timely and relevant information on labor market trends, occupations, education, skill, and training needs of employers and employees. He has also served on University Advisory Boards, a Regional Chamber of Commerce Board, a State Workforce Advisory Board, and as Chairman of the Board for a division of the March of Dimes.
As the Host of the iBuildAmerica Podcast, Ronnie brings his understanding of business, government, community service, and workforce development to the conversation with leaders from across the country.
